Sunakhi Punjaban Delhi : Grand Finale of Sunakhi Punjaban Season 5
Sunakhi Punjaban was started in 2019, the main objective of Sunakhi to showcase the Punjabi language, culture, heritage and civilization. Today's young generation is moving towards western civilization, hence Sunakhi was started.

New Delhi : Sunakhi Punjaban is a beauty pageant organized in Delhi which showcases the talent of Punjabi women. This platform gives an opportunity to represent Punjabi culture to the world. And this year the grand finale of Sunakhi Punjaban Season 5 was held at Shah Auditorium, Civil Lines Delhi.
This year the participants received an overwhelming response and the pageant witnessed active participation from Delhi, Mathura, Kanpur, Faridabad, Punjab districts Ropar, Sangrur ,Firozpur, Hoshiarpur. Out of which a total of 22 participants were selected.
Participants who got Selected in the Grand Finale has performed in front our esteemed judges “PuneetKochhar“(Influencer), “Professor Kulvir Gojra” (Delhi University Punjabi Department), “Navpreet Gill” (Actress), “Samreen Hansi” (Ex Mrs. India Finalist),”Mandeep Kaur Suri” (Winner Season 2) ), “Arshdeep Kaur” (News Anchor Punjab Tak), “Dr. Shrikant Juneja” (Actor and Motivational Speaker).
The pageant was started with beautiful ramp walk of the all contestants . In the Talent round, all the participants of Sunakhi Punjaban displayed their brilliant talent by performing on different topics like foeticide, acid attack and Punjabi songs. And last was the questionnaire round in which the contestants stunned everyone with their answers . All the girls were awarded with a different subtitle like “Mrig Naini, Nipun Punjaban, Khubsurat Libas” etc.
After watching the performance of all the participants, the judges with their expert eyes declared Harpreet kaur from Ropar as the winner of Sunakhi Punjaban Season 5.
And selected Jasmeet kaur from Jammu as first Runner-up and Jasleen Kaur from delhi as second Runner-up .
Winners were felicitated with Gift hampers worth rupees 21k. Apart from this, The contestant who secured first position got a chance to visit JIM CORBETT National Park from Uttrakhand Ventures, gold platted Saggi Phull and Trophy .Runners ups on the other hand received a cash amount of 3100 rupees along with Gold Plated Saggi Phull, Trophy and 1day/1Night in Amritsar. Along with this many contestants were also selected for short movie to test their luck. The Grand Finale of Sunakhi Punjaban Season 5 was completed with lots of enthusiasm.
“This show is the dream of my late mother DAVINDER KAUR which aims to promote our mother tongue Punjabi, Punjabi culture and heritage. It is also the best platform to empower the youth and preserve the heritage of Punjabi culture. I believe that everyone is unique in their own way, everyone is a precious diamond.
