Delhi, NCR/Bawal 10th November, 2023 : Krishna Resins & Pigments Pvt. Ltd, a prominent player in the paint industry, has announced a strategic manufacturing partnership with Nippon Paint (AR Division) to establish NPK Colorants Pvt Ltd. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the paint manufacturing sector
NPK Colorants Pvt Ltd, an independent paint manufacturer, inaugurated its state-of-the-art production facility at Bawal, Haryana. This factory will be a 100% captive production unit for Nippon Paint Automotive Refinish. The manufacturing arrangement between the two is a strategic move to meet the growing demand for automotive refinish paints. Leveraging this, NPK Colorants aims to set new industry standards in paint manufacturing.
Highlighting the collaborative spirit between government bodies and private enterprises working towards industrial growth and development, the inaugural ceremony of the new manufacturing facility was graced by the Shri Om Prakash Yadav, Hon’ble Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Haryana.
Speaking at the occasion Mr. Sharad Malhotra, Director and President of Nippon Paint Automotive Refinishes said “We are happy that the growth in our business is accelerating the development of our partner ecosystem and we are committed to strengthening our roots in Haryana and India.”
According to Mr. Nitin Khanna, Managing Director of the Krishna Group said “We are delighted to dedicate this factory to our long term customer and partner Nippon Paint and we will ensure that this factory meets the quality and volume requirements of Nippon Paint.”
