Ear to Hear Annual Meet III Honors Women and Mental Health Advocacy with Chief Guest Sudha Chandran on 26th July 2024 at CSOI, New Delhi
The Ear to Hear Annual Meet Edition III was held at the CSOI, New Delhi, on 26th July 2024, marking a momentous occasion in the initiative's history. The Founder of Ear to Hear, Richa Mehta, thanked everyone for supporting the cause as the event was a resounding success, drawing dignitaries from across the country to celebrate Ear To Hear’s impactful work in promoting mental health awareness both nationally and globally.
The Chief Guest of the event was the veteran actor Sudha Chandran, whose grace and support added a special charm to the occasion. The event also featured Indian actor Nasir Abdullah, who added flair by playing the flute, charming everyone. The celebration also featured notable figures such as Vandy Mehra (Founder and President of Study by Janak), Dr. Gaurav Gupta (Founder and President of GTTCI), and Country Ambassadors Nirosha K. Herath from Sri Lanka and Mahmoud Ejweli from Libya. Additionally, Ear to Hear team designation holders, members, and awardees from across the country were present.
For the past three years, Ear to Hear has made significant strides in mental health advocacy, positively impacting over 7,000 women worldwide through campaigns, workshops, and educational programs. With the ambitious goal of extending their reach to all 28 states in India, the event was both a celebration of past achievements and a springboard for future initiatives. The event was filled with memorable moments, starting with a special rendition of the Indian National Song "Vande Mataram" performed by Ear To Hear team members. This was followed by a captivating Ganesh Vandana performance by artist Bhaaswati Das. Attendees were then treated to a serene meditation session led by the Ear To Hear internal team, creating a calming atmosphere in the auditorium. The meditation team included Aashi Bajaj, Dr. Shafali Gupta, Indu Ahuja, Jyoti Jain, Manjusha Jain, Mona Gupta, Neeta Manwani, Neha Bhagat, Neha Sharma, Neha Khosla, Parul Agarwal, Priyanka Sehgal, Rachna Joshi, Shoma Chatterji, and Shweta Kumari.
Leaders of Ear To Hear provided insightful and well-received presentations on the social cause’s mission, achievements, and vision for the future. The speakers, including Geeta Ahuja (State Ambassador, Delhi), Madhu Sharma (Regional Leader, Bhopal), Poonam Upadhyay (Regional Leader, Maharashtra), Dr. Pooja Dikshit Joshi (Regional Leader, Gujarat), Arpita Mitra (Regional Leader, Uttar Pradesh), Dr. Prachi Beriwala (Regional Leader, Karnataka), and Dr. Madhvi Borse (National Advisor), shared valuable information about Ear To Hear’s vision, mission, and progress so far. The above leaders were awarded, along with the designation holders, including Shoma Chatterji, Neha Bhagat, Neha Sharma, Manjusha Jain, Indu Ahuja, and Neeta Manwani.
One of the major highlights of the event was the Inspiring Women Awards, where the top 30 women achievers of India were honored for their remarkable contributions across various genres and sectors. This segment was truly inspirational and motivational for all attendees, igniting a collective drive toward achieving greater goals. The awardees, chosen from across India, had an extremely emotional moment on stage representing their country. The awardees are: Dr. Arunima Chakravorty, Prerna Agrawal, Dr. Manisha Kaushik, Mohini Priya, Dr. Neha Mehta, Gitopriya Dutta, Radhika Jain, Urvashi Agrawal, Shweta Chugh, Jyoti Chandwani, Mayuri Sharma, Dr. Sonali Gupta, Advocate Parveen Arya, Bharti Gupta, Preeti Bindal, Seema Anis, Mompy Guria, Anshu John, Sayeri Ghosh, Amita Mohan, Nupur Jain, Preeti Parmar, Priyanka Sehgal, Dr. Rabiaah Bhatia, Manju Sheoran, Bhakti Dubey, Nainsha Verma, Anju Sharma, Arati Yajnik, and Geeta Agarwal.
The event also featured a special "Walk for a Cause" segment, choreographed by international choreographer and grooming expert Pallavi Kaushik. This segment showcased women from diverse backgrounds uniting in support of women empowerment and Ear To Hear’s mission of mental health awareness. The role models who were part of the runway glamour were: Gitopriya Dutta, Shweta Chugh, Arati Yajnik, Bharti Gupta, Anchal Jain, Preeti Parmar, Namrata Devansh Jain, Preeti Lall, and Dr. Aparna Pandey.
The next set of designation holders who were awarded were: Jyoti Jain, Dr. Leena Patel, Dr. Shafali Gupta, Shruty Smrity Sinha, Dr. Vishaka Shrivastava, Aashi Bajaj, Sunita Govind Kambar, Nupur Jain, Dr. Priti Shrimal, Akansha Mahajan, Nishi Dhal, Mona Gupta, Priyanka Sehgal, Simmi Kapoor, Hima Mishra, Senorita Joyce, Shweta Kumari, Preeti Gupta, Neha Khosla, Rachna Joshi, Sonia Bhardwaj, and Dr. Samudyuti Ray.
Another notable segment depicted the diverse and vibrant cultures of India through a captivating fashion walk. Models adorned in traditional attire from various regions of the country gracefully walked the runway, showcasing the rich tapestry of Indian heritage. The proud performance featured Bhakti Dubey (Rajasthan), Rabiaah Bhatia (Goa), Anshu John (Kerala), Garima Katiyar (Bengal), Tina Singh (Tamil Nadu), Monika Kapoor (Uttar Pradesh), and Neeru Dahiya (Haryana).
The intricate designs, vibrant colors, and meticulous attention to detail in the costumes were a testament to India's cultural richness and diversity. This segment was widely appreciated by the audience, earning accolades for its artistic representation and cultural significance.

The event was hosted by Arpita Mitra, Regional Leader of Uttar Pradesh, who is also an integral core member and one of the strong pillars of Ear to Hear.
