New Delhi, September 22, 2025: Delhi-based House of Loyalty and Travels Relationship Private Limited (HOLTR) is facing serious allegations of fraud, with numerous consumer complaints piling up against the company. Led by directors Ravi Dadhich and Shivank Gupta, HOLTR has been accused of duping customers through fake travel and loyalty membership schemes. A key employee, Rahul, is frequently named in complaints, cited as the primary contact luring customers with false promises. According to platforms like consumercomplaints.in, the company has collected ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 as membership fees from hundreds of customers, failing to deliver promised “loyalty kits” that include hotel bookings, discount vouchers, and travel benefits. One complainant stated, “Rahul and Shivank Gupta took ₹12,500 for a Pride Plaza membership, but they stopped responding afterward.” Another victim, a retired colonel, paid ₹12,500 on June 23, 2023, only to be ignored by manager Jolly Jasthol and Rahul.Ravi Dadhich and Shivank Gupta, the company’s founding directors, are now under fire. Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) records confirm Ravi Dadhich’s involvement in at least one other company, while Shivank Gupta, also named in complaints as a manager or sales handler, is a key figure. A complainant noted, “Rahul lured me with offers, but Shivank Gupta vanished after payment.” Rahul, a sales executive, reportedly works on a commission-based model, as seen in HOLTR’s job listings on Indeed.com, incentivizing aggressive sales tactics. The company’s registered capital is ₹1 lakh, with its latest balance sheet filed for March 31, 2022.Consumer complaints highlight a pattern of deception, with HOLTR exploiting the post-Covid travel boom. National Consumer Helpline (NCH) data shows a 40% surge in travel-related fraud complaints since 2023, with small firms like HOLTR at the forefront. One victim remarked, “This is a House of Disloyalty. Rahul scams people, and owners like Ravi Dadhich and Shivank Gupta shield him.” Social media platforms like Quora and TripAdvisor also carry warnings about similar Delhi-based travel scams.Legal experts classify these actions as offenses under Section 420 (cheating) of the Indian Penal Code and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
