Speaking ahead of the event, Dr J R Sabharwal, Conference Organizing Chairperson, Dr Ashok Chhabra, organizing co-chairperson, Dr. Kapil K Raina, President, IDA West Delhi and Dr Amogh Tanwar, Secretary IDA West Delhi said:
