Ryan International School Sector-25 Rohini solemnly conducted its Investiture Ceremony on 14th May 2026 to formally entrust responsibilities to the newly elected Student Council for the academic session 2026–27. The occasion celebrated the values of leadership, discipline, commitment and service, inspiring students to emerge as responsible citizens and visionary leaders of tomorrow.
The prestigious ceremony was graced by eminent dignitaries — Sh. Sahdev Kumar Rana, ACP/SDPO Bhajanpura, North-East District, Delhi Police; CA Aditya Agarwal, a distinguished GST and indirect tax expert; and Ms. Drishti Jalan, Counseling Psychologist — whose esteemed presence added honour and significance to the event.
The programme commenced with the invocation of the Almighty through a soulful prayer presentation, creating an ambience of serenity, positivity and reverence. The atmosphere was further enriched by melodious prayer songs, elegant dance performances and a spectacular band presentation that reflected the remarkable talent, coordination and enthusiasm of the students.
A distinctive highlight of the ceremony was the graceful felicitation of the honoured guests. They were welcomed in different languages, beautifully portraying the spirit of unity in diversity and the rich multicultural ethos upheld by the institution.
The formal Investiture Ceremony began with the badge-pinning ceremony, symbolizing the faith and responsibility bestowed upon the newly elected student leaders. This was followed by the solemn oath-taking ceremony administered by the respected Principal, Miss Geetika Narang, wherein the council members pledged to discharge their duties with sincerity, integrity and unwavering dedication while upholding the honour and values of the institution.
Adding further grace and symbolism to the occasion, the candle ceremony signified enlightenment, responsibility and the transmission of leadership values to the future torchbearers of the nation.
Addressing the gathering, the Principal congratulated the newly elected council members and encouraged them to lead with confidence, compassion and perseverance. The esteemed guests also inspired the students with their motivating and enlightening words, emphasizing the importance of discipline, determination, emotional wellbeing and responsible leadership in shaping a successful future.
The ceremony concluded on a patriotic note with the rendition of the National Anthem, leaving the audience inspired with a renewed sense of pride, responsibility and optimism for a successful and enriching academic year ahead.
