Gayaji ( Bihar ) : A shocking incident from Gurua in Bihar’s Gaya district has triggered strong reactions from social activists, journalists, and local citizens after journalist Amit Kumar was allegedly assaulted, held captive, robbed, and threatened with death. The accusations against BJP leader Amit Dangi have intensified public anger, with many calling the incident a direct attack on freedom of the press and democratic values.

He stressed that disagreements with news coverage should be addressed through lawful means and not through threats, physical assault, or criminal intimidation.
